Call Queues
ACD-style call queues with configurable ring strategies (round-robin, least-recent, skills-based). Queue position announcements, estimated wait-time prompts, callback-in-queue, and overflow routing to mobile or voicemail.
Voicemail & Transcription
Per-extension voicemail with email delivery of MP3 recordings and optional AI transcription. Shared voicemail boxes for teams, visual voicemail in the desktop/mobile softphone app, and voicemail-to-text push notifications.
Call Recording
On-demand and always-on call recording per extension, user, or trunk. Recordings stored encrypted in S3-compatible object storage with configurable retention. Full-text search across transcribed recording content.
Hunt Groups & Ring Groups
Simultaneously or sequentially ring multiple extensions. Configurable ring timeout, busy-on-busy handling, and call-forwarding rules. Nested ring groups for complex distribution scenarios across departments and locations.
Call Analytics
Real-time and historical call reporting: total calls, answered, abandoned, average handle time, queue wait, and agent performance metrics. Scheduled email reports and REST API access to all CDR data for BI integration.
