Can I upgrade between tiers?
Yes — you can upgrade at any time. Your routing rules, configuration, and CDR history are preserved. Our team assists with any additional integration steps required by the new tier.
Is there a trial or evaluation period?
Contact our sales team to discuss an evaluation deployment. We can arrange a scoped proof-of-concept environment so you can validate the platform against your traffic patterns and use cases before committing.
Is the setup fee refundable?
Setup fees cover initial configuration, provisioning, and onboarding. If you choose yearly billing, the setup fee is automatically waived. Setup fees on monthly plans are non-refundable once provisioning is complete.
Can MOBITELSMS be deployed on-premises?
Yes — deployment is performed exclusively on bare metal servers or co-location facilities. We do not support private cloud environments. Deployment is carried out by our engineering team once a solution has been purchased and the infrastructure has been confirmed and provisioned.
What protocols does the Carrier tier support?
The Carrier tier includes SS7/SIGTRAN (M3UA, SCCP, TCAP, MAP, ISUP), Diameter (Gy/Ro/Gx), SCTP, SMPP 3.4, and SIP — plus the full mobile core stack (HLR/AuC, 4G EPC, 5G SA Core). This covers all signalling and charging protocols needed to operate as a licensed carrier or MVNO.
Is REST API access included on all tiers?
Yes. Full REST API access is included on all tiers from Starter upward. The API covers routing management, subscriber operations, billing configuration, and CDR querying. Webhook support for real-time event delivery is also included.
What post-deployment support is included with a one-time platform purchase?
Every one-time platform purchase includes three months of dedicated, priority support — covering full onboarding, configuration guidance, integration assistance, and direct engineering access for any requirements or technical questions that arise during that period. After the initial three months, continued support is available through our flexible support plans, which can be selected based on the level of coverage your operations require.
What are the pricing options for a standalone platform purchase?
Platform pricing is entirely bespoke — every deployment is tailored to your infrastructure, traffic volumes, and the specific feature set required. Because no two operator environments are alike, we scope each engagement individually and provide a custom quote based on your technical and commercial requirements. Do purchased platforms receive software updates?
Yes. Customers on an active yearly Premium Support Plan receive all platform software updates at no additional cost for the duration of their plan. Updates include feature releases, security patches, protocol enhancements, and performance improvements. Customers without an active support plan can purchase individual update packages as needed.
